Foreword
The origin of this book is that through the experience that I have acquired in my professional life, in relation to the importance of
leadership in the development and progress of organizations, I
have understood that from the moment the leaders focus on
people's welfare, on their development and growth within the
organization, the organization itself starts striving for excellence.
Since people being the main active asset in any organization,
excellence in the results of organizations goes hand in hand with the
development of its people and mainly in the Cultivation of new
leaders, who are focused on the interests of the organization and the
sustainability of business. It is not about achieving optimal results in
the short term at the expense of staff welfare or sacrificing other
assets such as facilities and equipment, but; achieve a company that
is capable of generating positive results and allows the development
of the people with sustainability over time.
